What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files that are saved to your browser when you visit a site.

Which cookies are used on our site?

Our site uses only the cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work:

• Security cookie: used to protect the contact form and the chat window against fraudulent submissions; it is deleted at the end of the session.
• Admin panel session cookie: used only when site administrators sign in to the panel; it is never created for visitors.

In addition, the draft you type into the chat window and the fact that you dismissed the cookie notice are kept only in your own browser (local storage); they are not sent to us.

Visit statistics

We keep visit statistics on our own server as aggregate counts, without using cookies: how many times a page was viewed, which site the visit came from, and how many times the WhatsApp or telephone links were clicked. These counts do not store your IP address and do not create any information that identifies you.

Advertising measurement cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Ads conversion measurement to see whether the advertising we run on Google is working. These cookies are loaded only if you choose "Accept" on the cookie banner; if you choose "Decline" or make no choice, no information is sent to Google.

• What is measured: whether a visitor who clicked a Google ad and came to our site went on to reach us by form, chat, WhatsApp or telephone. The content of your message, your name and your telephone number are not sent to Google.
• Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC. The data may be processed on servers abroad; this transfer is based on your explicit consent.
• Duration: Google Ads cookies remain in your browser for 90 days at most.
• Withdrawing consent: you can choose "Decline" at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.

How can you manage cookies?

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, the contact form may not work.
